German Coffee Cake

I got to thank Kelly Cline for giving me this recipe.Thank you so much Kelly for giving me the recipe.




2 sticks margarine, softened

1 cup sugar

4 - 6 eggs

3 lemon rind and use the juice

2 - 3 teaspoons vanilla (I used 4 tsp.imitation vanilla flavor)

1/2 cup milk

4 cups flour

12 oz pkg nestles chocolate chips


1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.Mix together sugar, 4 eggs, margarine and lemon rind and juice.Mix with an mixer to well blended.Add vanilla and milk.Mix well.Add the baking powder and flour and mix well.Might need to add the last 2 eggs as if it doesn't mix well.Add the chocolate chips with a spoon and mix well.Bake for 45 minutes, 1 hour to 1 hour and 25 minutes.

When I was 5 years old that my parents were buyen this house.When my parents divorced when I was just 10 yrs old that it was just me, my older sister and my mom.As my mom lost this house when I was about 14 yrs old.Not a day that I don't think about this house.There are night that I dream about this house and how the memories keeps coming back to me in an memorie. There were good times, the worst times and much more of this house.Where the drive way is where the tree is that has no leaves on it.There's an field there and as a child that I've never seen an combine or anything in that field.Well my friends.All I got to say is that all I want is the good memories of this house.I can't tell you how much memories that I have of my home town.

Recipes For Sale

The last three weeks that I've been writting out recipes onto a sheet of note book paper.I written the last one just today.I can't tell you how happy that it made me feel on being done on writting out these recipes.Till I do an part 2 on the recipes.The next ones that I'll be doing is gonna be recipes from my frinds from myspace and facebook (even though that I had closed my account on myspace that I still got most of them on facebook as friends).So any ways.Sence I got every thing written down and into folders to be ready to sell.So far that I had sold only one.
There's only 19 recipes and the one's that you'll see from me, The Webb's Family, my girlfriend Janessa's and the Cline's Recipes.So as you see below that you'll see in side of this folder.

I've Been Thinken About A Cook Book Of My Own

When I gathered all my recipes, my family recipes, my family friends recipes, my boyfriend and his family and a few of mine and his and my friends recipes together and that I had to put things between them so that I know where to put them when I'm ready to put the recipe into the notebook.Sence I came up with my own ideal on this cookbook.Now I need an ideal for my cover for this cookbook.I hope that someone could share an photo or an photo of me from facebook.Do you have any ideal for the cover and where I can go to publish my book?

German Coffee Cake

When I got the recipe from my boyfriends sister a few months ago.So this afternoon that I thought that I would make it.After my boyfriend tryed a piece that he thought that it turned out pretty good.Knowing this was my first time maken it.As I thought about it that I thought that I would share the recipe with you.So here it goes.
2 sticks margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
4 - 6 eggs
2 -3 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup milk
3 lemon rind, grated of the 3 and squeeze 2 of the lemon for the juice
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 cups flour
1 package (12 ounce) nestles chocolate chips
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Lightly spray an bunt pan.In a mixing bowl combine margarine, sugar and eggs and mix with an electric mixer.Add the vanilla, milk, lemond rind and juice, baking powder and flour.Mix well with the mixer.Add chocolate chips and mix well with a spoon.Add the dough to the pan.
3.Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tooth pick comes out clean.
After having an piece of this cake.I can't tell you just how good it is.It was my first time doing it and I was suprised that it turned out the way it did.I'm so happy that it turned out good like it did.

Meat Lovers Pizza Casserole

When I seen the recipe on Katy's myspace blog (I can't remember when I had seen the recipe).
I really got to thank Katy for letting me give it a shot at this recipe."Thank You Katy For The Recipe"!I know that the first time that it didn't turn out right and I rather not show that picture. I will post the picture that I had took today.I had chanced a couple of the things on the recipe and I'll add hers and than I'll add mine.So here it goes friends and family.

Katy's Recipe (A Friend Or Family Member Gave Her The Recipe)

1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

1 can (15 ounce) pizza sauce

1 cup (8 ounce) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

1 cup (8 ounce) package shredded part - skim mozzarella cheese

1 package (3 1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni, quarted

1 teaspoon salt

In a large skillet cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain. In a saucepan boil enough water and add the macaroni, let it coil for 7 to 10 minutes and drain.Stir in the remaining ingredients.Transfer to greased 2 qt baking dish.Bake uncovered @ 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through

Here's My Version

1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

salt and pepper

1 cup (8 ounce) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

1 jar (15 ounce) Contadina pizza squeeze pizza sauce or could use the can instead

1 cup fancy shredded cheese

1 package (3 1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni, quarted

1 teaspoon salt

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.In a large skillet cook beef , onion and season with salt and pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and it looks like it's done.Drain.

3.In a pan boil enough water and the teaspoon of salt, when it comes to a boil add the macaroni and boil for 7 to 10 minutes.Drain.

4.In a 2 qt casserole dish lightly spray with cooking spray, add the beef mixture, macaroni, pizza sauce, cheese and add the pepperoni.Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through.
